Tim Schroeder, FAIA, CDT, CXMP, LEED AP, serves as a City Council Member for University Heights since December 2021. With extensive experience at Neumann Monson Architects, Tim Schroeder has held various leadership roles including President, Vice President, Principal, Architect, and Architectural Intern since May 1994, and previously worked as a Summer Intern from May 1991 to August 1993. Tim Schroeder completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program in December 2020 and earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Iowa State University between 1990 and 1994.
