Tim Schroeder, FAIA, CDT, CXMP, LEED AP, has extensive work experience in the architecture field. Tim began their career in 1991 as a Summer Intern at Neumann Monson Architects. After completing their internship, they continued to work at the same company, taking on various roles including Architectural Intern, Architect, Vice President, Principal, and ultimately becoming the President in 2018. During their time at Neumann Monson Architects, they played a key role in the firm's success and growth. In addition to their work at the architecture firm, Tim also serves as a City Council Member for University Heights starting in 2021.
