Fredrik Hagen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Fredrik started their career in 2003 at Norsk Medisinaldepot AS, where they held various roles including Financial Controller, Business Controller, and Head of Planning and Analysis. Fredrik then moved on to Celesio AG in 2009, where they worked as a Corporate Controller for their subsidiaries in France and Belgium. In 2010, Fredrik returned to Norsk Medisinaldepot AS as the Accounting Director and later became the Director of Business Controlling. In 2014, they joined Telia Norge as the Head of Business Control. Fredrik then worked at Mediq Norge AS, first as a Finance Director and then as the Adm.Dir./Managing Director. Currently, they are working as the CFO at Neumann Bygg AS since 2019.
Fredrik Hagen attended BI Norwegian Business School from 1998 to 2002, where they pursued a degree in Business development. Fredrik obtained a Sivilkonom degree upon completing their studies.
