Kaya Pai Panandiker has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, holding leadership roles at notable companies. As Chief Commercial Officer at Neumora, Kaya previously served as Head of Commercial at Cerevel Therapeutics and held multiple positions at Lundbeck, including General Manager of Business Units and Managing Director of Mexico, Central America, and Northern Cone South America, as well as Vice President of US Marketing. Prior experience includes new product planning at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and marketing roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Kaya holds a Master's degree in Public Policy with a focus on International Business from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
