Sucharitha Sastry Brown has over 20 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Sucharitha currently holds the position of Vice President and Head of New Product Planning at Neumora since February 2023. Previously, they worked at Acceleron Pharma as the Head of Early Pipeline and External Innovation in Global Strategic Marketing, where they were responsible for leading strategic marketing and commercial activities for pipeline programs and supporting external innovation. Before that, they held the role of Senior Director and Global Commercial Lead at Acceleron Pharma's Neuromuscular Disease Franchise.

Sastry Brown also has experience working at AveXis, Inc. as the Senior Director of the ZOLGENSMA Global Program Team, where they played a crucial role in the development and FDA approval of the gene therapy for Spinal Muscular Atrophy. Sucharitha has also worked at other prominent companies such as Shire, Takeda, AbbVie (formerly Abbott), Genentech, Essex Woodlands, GlaxoSmithKline, and ABN AMRO Private Equity, holding various senior positions that involved strategic planning, commercial development, market planning, and venture capital activities.
