Kim Kempffer

Kim Kempffer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in people and culture management, entrepreneurship, and automotive services. Currently serving as People and Culture Manager and previously holding roles including People & Culture Business Partner and People and Culture Coordinator at NeuPath Health since June 2021, Kim has extensive experience in human resources. As the Co-founder and Owner of Sugar Rush Custom Cake Design since January 2010, Kim has contributed to unique cake and cupcake creations. Additionally, Kim has held significant roles in the automotive industry, including Lincoln Concierge/Automotive Service Advisor at Whiteoak Ford Lincoln and various positions at AIM Health Group, culminating in the role of Central Administration Manager & Master Scheduler.
