Jim Hunt

Jim Hunt is the COO and co-founder of NeuraFlash, a leading cloud service for easily connecting customers to businesses using conversational text and mobile messaging. Prior to NeuraFlash, Jim served as the Vice President of Product at HeyWire, a Salesforce company. At HeyWire, Jim was responsible for product management, professional services, and working directly with HeyWire's key customers on digital engagement and messaging strategies for customer service.

HeyWire was acquired by Salesforce in 2016 and rebranded Salesforce Digital Engagement for Service Cloud. Conversational mobile messaging for Salesforce - SMS, Facebook Messenger, Apple Business Chat, We Chat, etc. HeyWire's LiveText and Business Messenger products were top Salesforce AppExchange apps used by many well-known enterprise brands in Retail, Financial Services and other verticals.

Jim Hunt received their Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Jim is certified in Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant.

They work with Dennis Thomas - CTO & Co-Founder, Kartik Viswanadha - Chief Innovation Officer, and Anuj Gupta - EVP, NeuraFlash India. Their manager is T. Brett Chisholm, CEO & Co-Founder.
