James Phare

James Phare is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and technology. Since August 2017, James has served as the CEO of Neural Alpha, a consultancy focusing on connected solutions for complex financial services, particularly in sustainable and ESG investments. Additionally, James has been the Event Director of Connected Data London since February 2015, having founded the organization in 2016 and developed it into a leading conference for AI and data practitioners in Europe. Previously, James spent six years at Man Group, ultimately leading the Data function and overseeing key initiatives related to data strategy and governance. James began their career as a Financial Markets Analyst at Thomson Reuters after completing a degree at the University of York from 2003 to 2006.
