Doug Nelson

Doug Nelson has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked for companies like Neural Claim System, Auto Glass Inspection Services - Material Damage Resources, and American Family Insurance. Doug started as an APD Manager and rose to the position of Director APD Auto Operations. Doug was responsible for overseeing Auto Physical Damage field and desk operations for the 19 state footprint, as well as leading a team of 350 IC and First and Second level leaders. Most recently, they served as President of Operations at Neural Claim System, where they led a team of operational, engineering, and product development professionals. Previously, they were Vice President of Operations at both Neural Claim System and Auto Glass Inspection Services - Material Damage Resources.

Doug Nelson attended Western Dakota Technical College from 1983 to 1985. Doug studied Collision Repair Technology/Technician and Estimating during this time, but it is unclear whether or not they earned a degree from the institution.
