Brian Nettleton

Brian Nettleton has extensive experience in software engineering and conference production, currently serving as a Conference Production Partner for NeurIPS, ICLR, and the International Conference on Machine Learning since September 2020. Nettleton also holds the position of Principal Software Engineer at Cornerstone Software, providing support for multiple conferences. Previously, Nettleton was a Lead Software Engineer at Brain Corp, focusing on robotic software for retail, and served as a Lead Java Engineer at NTENT, where responsibilities included developing microservices for chat bot software. Earlier experience includes roles as System Software Lead Engineer at KnuEdge Inc. and its successor KNUPATH, working on advanced ASIC products, and as a Principal Software Engineer at Indigo Arc, LLC, specializing in GIS algorithms for Lockheed Martin's AFSS program. Nettleton earned a BS in Information Systems from San Diego State University and attended The Johns Hopkins University for Computer Science.
