Diego Encinas has had diverse work experience in the technology industry. Diego currently serves as the Director Técnico (CTO) at Neural Labs, where they focus on developing traffic analytics and license plate recognition solutions using neural technology and artificial intelligence. Prior to this, they worked as the Technology and Business Developer Manager at the Fundación Eduard Soler, overseeing technology and business development initiatives in the Center Tecnològic Eduard Soler, with a strong focus on innovation and the Internet of Things. Before that, Diego worked in Technology Services, where they were responsible for software development projects, technological solutions, and process automation, including developing Android apps and online auction platforms. Diego also had an extensive tenure at France Telecom Spain, where they served as a Project Manager and R+D+i Analyst, managing technology services and leading product innovation efforts. Earlier in their career, Diego worked as a Senior Full Stack Web Developer and Software Engineer at Telepolis, specializing in C++, PHP, JavaScript, ColdFusion, and Java, as well as working with Symbian, Oracle, and MySQL databases.

Diego Encinas has a varied education history. Diego pursued their undergraduate studies at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they obtained a degree in Enginyeria Superior Informàtica (Computer Science), although the specific years of their enrollment are unknown. In 2018, they attended the IESE Business School, focusing on various subjects such as Contabilidad financiera, Finanzas, Márketing estratégico, Situaciones de negocio, and Gestión de Equipos, completing their studies in 2019. Diego then continued their education at the EUDE Business School, undertaking a Master's in MBA Administración y Dirección de Empresas in 2019 and finishing in 2020. Furthermore, Diego Encinas also pursued additional educational opportunities in the field of data science.
