Jordi Cruz Maydana has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jordi started their career at Ayuntamiento/Centros cívicos in 2010 as a Helpdesk technician, responsible for workstation configuration, network management, and issue resolution. Jordi also documented new processes and utilized ticketing tools. After working there for three years, they joined Eurest in 2013 as a Technical Support Help Desk specialist. In this role, they provided IT support for TPVs and tablets used in the restauration industry, communicated with providers, and resolved issues. Jordi left Eurest in 2018 and joined Neural Labs as a Senior Information Technology Technician and QA Analyst. Jordi was later promoted to Support & QA Manager. Jordi has been working at Neural Labs since 2018, contributing their expertise in quality assurance and IT support management.

Jordi Cruz Maydana's education history starts in 2010 when they attended IES Leonardo Davinci, where they pursued a degree in Explotacion de sistemas Informáticos. Jordi completed their studies in 2012. From 2017 to 2021, Jordi studied at the Institut Obert de Catalunya (IOC) and obtained a degree in Tecnico en sistemas microinformaticos. In 2021, they enrolled in Selenium Academy, where they completed a course in Selenium Automation - Basic. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Jordi is attending ILERNA FP, pursuing a Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior in Desarrollo de Aplicaciones Multiplataforma.
