As Director and co-founder of Neural Sense since November 2014, Mark manages client relationships and oversees business operations, finance, and marketing activities, aiming to enhance customer experiences. Mark held the position of SAMRA Director from September 2020 to January 2023, representing medium research suppliers. Prior to this, Mark has significant experience at M&C Saatchi Abel as a Business Unit Director, driving marketing strategies for prominent clients such as Heineken and Virgin Active, and spent many years at Ogilvy and Mather in various senior roles. Educational credentials include an MBA with distinction from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor of Business Science with Marketing Honours from the same institution. Mark's diverse international experiences, gained during a year-long backpacking trip, contribute to a broad and unique worldview.
