Bagus Satriawan

Bagus Satriawan is an experienced Senior Support Engineer and former System Engineer at Neural Technologies Group, where responsibilities since September 2014 include 24x7 support for mobile banking and SMS platforms, installation management of Telkomsel applications, and troubleshooting of various server configurations. Prior to this, Bagus served as an Assistant Sys-Admin at Infokom from October 2012 to September 2014, maintaining network connectivity across multiple campuses of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang and managing network devices and servers for institutional use. Bagus holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, earned in 2014.
