Ruoxu Luo

Ruoxu (Rosh) Luo, CFA, CPA, FRM, currently holds a position in Finance and Accounting at Neuralink since March 2022. Prior to this role, Rosh served as a Financial Accounting Advisory Services Manager at EY from May 2014 to February 2022, contributing to projects such as the Subledger Accounting Rules Engine Development for a multinational investment bank and SAP Subledger Design Project for a financial technology company. Rosh's earlier experience includes managing a $20 million investment portfolio as a Financial Modeling Specialist at Funds Enterprise at Carlson School of Management, and conducting research at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and HSBC. Rosh holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Management Information Systems, as well as Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
