Johnna Simões

Ms. Simões has 10 years of experience in the biotech industry and is responsible for leading Neurana’s corporate development activities, including business development, commercial strategy, and investor relations. Prior to Neurana, Ms. Simões was head of corporate development at Anthera Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: ANTH). Ms. Simões started her career in business development at Trius Therapeutics (Nasdaq: TSRX) where she had increasing roles of responsibility, culminating in her group leading a $700M+ acquisition by Cubist Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Simões holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Bucknell University.
