Judith Steenbergen joined Neuraptive in August 2021 as Medical Affairs Consultant and brings with her over 20 years of experience in clinical development and scientific strategy supporting antibiotic development programs at small biotechnology companies including Merck, Cubist Pharmaceuticals and Paratek Pharmaceuticals.
Judith specializes in bringing nimble, data-driven scientific and medical affairs expertise to bridge development and launch providing strategic scientific and medical affairs consulting to small biotechnology companies. This includes building and leading high-performing scientific teams and managing rapid organizational growth. She has a track record of successes in early and late-stage drug development along with engagement with US and global key opinion leaders, experience in antibacterial drug development, scientific support of commercial launch, and scientific differentiation strategies.
Judith earned her Ph.D. in Microbiology and Immunology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine (Bronx, NY) and her Bachelor of Arts degree in both Microbiology and Chemistry at Miami University (Oxford, OH).
