Ignacio Vives

Ignacio Vives has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Ignacio started their career at Arthur Andersen as a Senior Auditor, where they led audit teams and was involved in various special projects. Ignacio then joined Almirall, S.A. as the Corporate Reporting Budgeting and Consolidation Manager, where they were responsible for financial consolidation, reporting, and planning activities for the group. Ignacio played a key role in the company's IPO and led IT projects for consolidation and system implementation. At Almirall, S.A., they also served as the Group Business Controller, leading business controlling and strategic projects across multiple affiliates. Vives later joined Aqua Pharmaceuticals, an Almirall Company, as the Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the organization's strategy and managing financial, procurement, and IT functions. Currently, they are working as the South Europe Finance Director at Neuraxpharm.

Ignacio Vives completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Financial Management Services at Esade from 1993 to 1998. In 2016, they attended two short-term programs: the CFO of the future summit at Harvard University and a program on becoming a Strategic Partner at The Wharton School, with a field of study in Organizational Leadership.
