Susanne Cater

Susanne Cater is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Quality at Neuraxpharm since November 2023, Susanne previously held significant roles at Takeda, including Site Quality Head and Director of Quality, where leadership was provided to a 180-member team ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Susanne has led quality assurance operations at various companies, such as Pharmatek, Formex, and Optimer Pharmaceuticals, focusing on GxP compliance and quality system optimization. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Freie Universität Berlin and a Bachelor’s degree as a Biological Technical Assistant from Lise Meitner School.
