Declan Daly

Declan is the CFO of Neurent Medical. Declan has significant senior executive experience in the medical device, biotechnology and healthcare sectors in the US and Ireland. Previously Declan has served as the CFO of INAMED Corporation (NASDAQ: IMDC) and Fibrocell Science, Inc. (NYSE MKT: FCSC) where he raised in excess of US$250 million in financing and managed a US$3.2 billion M&A transaction. Mr. Daly began his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers in Dublin and subsequently worked in PricewaterhouseCoopers in London and BDO in Dublin.

Declan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland. He has a B.A. (Moderatorship) degree in Management Science & Information System Studies from Trinity College, Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Accounting from Dublin City University.
