Sofia I currently serves as a Guest Service Agent at Hilton since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sofia I worked as an IT Technician at CSRA RC Workforce Development (WIOA) from January 2021 to June 2021. Sofia I holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon, completed in December 2022.
