Eva-Maria Hock has a diverse background in research and consulting within the life sciences field. Eva-Maria started as a Research Intern at Harvard Medical School in 2011 and continued to work on research projects at Boston Children's Hospital in 2012. Subsequently, they pursued their doctoral and postdoctoral research at the University of Zurich, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases. Eva-Maria then moved on to work as a Life Science Consultant at agap2 Switzerland and later as a QC Specialist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Currently, they hold the position of Scientist Project Lead at Neurimmune AG, where they continue to contribute to the field of life sciences.

Eva-Maria Hock completed their Diplom Biologe t.o. in Technical Biology at the University of Stuttgart from 2007 to 2013. Eva-Maria then pursued a Dr. sc. nat. in Molecular Neuroscience at the University of Zurich from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained certifications in GxP-Intensivtraining, LTK2, and Good Clinical Practice. In 2010-2011, they also attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
