Sanjeev Thukral

Sanjeev Thukral has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology and business. Sanjeev is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at PharmaAcuity, an AI and data science company specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. In this role, they have developed sophisticated AI-powered solutions to accelerate the launch of new pharma products and expand existing ones.

Before joining PharmaAcuity, Sanjeev Thukral was the Chief Executive Officer at neurIOT Labs, where they led a team of data scientists and engineers in developing cutting-edge AI and IoT solutions for various industries including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Enterprise, Policing, Transportation & Logistics, Financial Services, and Retail & eCommerce.

Additionally, Sanjeev Thukral served as a Board Member at Predictive Police Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of neurIOT USA Inc., where they drove organizational strategy and the development of the solutions portfolio for Police Departments.

Sanjeev also co-founded and served as the CEO of AlletecEmerge, a company focused on technology solutions.

Prior to that, Sanjeev Thukral worked at Northgate Public Services as a Sales Consultant and Business Development specialist, focusing on Public Safety and Transport solutions in India.

Sanjeev also held various leadership positions at Steria India Ltd, including Country Director, Head of Noida Center, Head of Testing Services, Head of Telecom & Media business, Off-shore Director for C Europe & Scandinavia, and Vice President and Head of Pre-sales for the US Business. In these roles, they were responsible for business development, delivery operations, growth, and P&L ownership for various markets and solutions portfolios.

Sanjeev Thukral's earlier work experience includes roles at STERIA (INDIA) LIMITED as the Head of Software Architecture and Engineering Practice, where they established a reference architecture for developing enterprise software, and at KMG as the Vice President of Technology, where they managed business development and delivery for key strategic accounts.

Furthermore, Sanjeev Thukral founded and served as the Managing Partner of PEC International, a telecom industry-focused startup company. Under their leadership, the company achieved significant growth and success in areas such as product development, marketing, sales, operations, and finance.

Their career began at Tata Consultancy Services, where they started as a Trainee and progressed to Assistant Consultant. During their time at TCS, they gained valuable experience in software programming, requirements engineering, project management, customer relationship management, and sales, working on various projects for clients worldwide.

Sanjeev Thukral obtained their B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, between 1988 and 1992. Sanjeev then pursued an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the same institution from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Sanjeev acquired several certifications. Sanjeev earned a Certificate in Global Leadership from Universitas 21 in 2008-2009 and a Certificate in Global Account Planning from the Miller-Heimann Institute in 2010. Sanjeev also received a Certification in Venture Capitalist & Company Valuation from the Indian School of Business in 2007. Prior to their higher education, Sanjeev completed their schooling up to Class 12 at Apeejay School from 1977 to 1988. Sanjeev has also obtained various certifications from different institutions, including Coursera and Bayesia, in fields such as Machine Learning and Raspberry Pi.
