Neuro Heroes offers Neuro Physio led online small group and one-to-one exercise classes for people living with Parkinson's, MS and Stroke. 

We believe that exercise is most effective in helping you achieve your goals when it is condition specific, expert led, varied and engaging.

Neuro physiotherapist led:
Every class will be led by an experienced Neuro physiotherapist with expert condition specific knowledge. This enables them to challenge areas that your specific condition makes difficult for you and to adapt classes to help you to slow your symptoms.

Support & motivation:
It’s one thing knowing that exercise can help to slow the progress of your condition, or aid your rehabilitation. That doesn’t mean it’s always easy to meet the national exercise guidelines. We offer structured support and motivation help get you there. 

Varied & engaging:
Variety means you will be constantly challenged and are therefore more likely to stay engaged. These expert-led classes can compliment a more circuits based exercise class as part of your weekly program, adding breadth to the areas you are working on.

At home rehab:
Virtual classes (no equipment required) mean that you can access our expertise from anywhere and fit exercise in to your day at home. There’s no need to factor in travel time to and from classes and family members can even join in with you.

Small groups:
You’ll never see 50 zoom faces on your screen during our classes. Groups are kept small enough for the class physio to keep an eye on everyone, offer individualised feedback and make exercises easier or harder based on how participants are doing

Tailored to you:
Sessions are guided by your problem areas and goals and will focus on everyday activities that are relevant to all. Participants all provide assessment information before their first class and this will guide the class
