Meir Nadam has extensive work experience in the field of VLSI engineering, with a focus on ASIC design and architecture. Meir began their career at Tau as a teaching assistant in 2007.
In 2006, Meir joined Intel as a VLSI (ASIC) Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and implementing ASICs. During their time at Intel, they also served as an ASIC designer, contributing to the development of advanced controllers for SSD/SD NAND Flash storage systems.
From 2011 to 2015, Meir worked at DensBits Technologies as an Asic designer. Meir played a vital role in defining and designing state-of-the-art ECC decoders and DSP subsystems. Meir collaborated closely with the algorithm team to ensure efficient implementation of advanced ECC/DSP algorithms into ASICs.
In 2015, Meir joined Broadcom Inc. as a Senior VLSI (ASIC) Engineer, where they contributed to the development of ASICs.
In 2017, Meir became a part of the KIOXIA Group after they acquired the DensBits team from Broadcom. As a Senior ASIC Engineer, Meir was responsible for the architecture of advanced memory modem new technology. Meir worked closely with the algorithm team to efficiently translate advanced ECC algorithms into hardware implementation. Meir also defined and implemented hardware accelerating systems for algorithm emulation.
From 2019 to 2023, Meir served as an SOC power Architect at Apple. In this role, they played a crucial part in the power architecture of Apple's systems on a chip.
Most recently, Meir joined NeuroBlade in 2022 as a Principal VLSI Engineer.
Meir Nadam completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the same institution. Prior to their university studies, Meir attended ort Kiryat bialik from 1994 to 1996.
