Dr. Billal CHOULI

Dr. Billal CHOULI has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Billal is the Founder-CTO of NeuroChain since 2015, where they are involved in strategic and technical aspects of the company. Dr. Billal is also a Strategic Advisor at AllianceBlock Foundation since 2018, providing guidance on their projects. Prior to this, Dr. CHOULI worked as the Head of Strategic Research at ADNEOM, focusing on Machine Learning, AI, and Blockchain. Dr. Billal also has experience in Nuclear Fusion Research at CEA and was a Scientific Collaborator at JET and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where they contributed to experimental campaigns and data analysis.

Dr. Billal CHOULI completed a Research Doctorate in Nuclear Physics from Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Master 2 degree in Theoretical and Plasma Physics from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI) between 2009 and 2011. Dr. CHOULI also obtained an M2 degree in Fondamental Physics from École Polytechnique from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they completed a Master Thesis in Nuclear Fusion at the Max Planck Society in 2011.
