Terra Vance

Terra Vance is an accomplished professional in the fields of industrial and organizational psychology and education. As the Owner and Industrial and Organizational Psychology Consultant at Acumen Consulting, LLC since March 2016, Terra Vance has provided expert consulting services. In addition, Terra Vance founded and serves as CEO of NeuroClastic, a collective focusing on the experiences of autistic individuals and challenging outdated perceptions of autism since October 2017. Previous experience includes a role as a Writer for PsychCentral.com from August 2018 to March 2020 and as an Educator at Lynchburg City Schools from August 2005 to July 2016. Terra Vance holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harold Abel School of Social and Behavioral Sciences (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education in Language Arts and Literature from Concord University (1998-2003).
