Esteban Diaz

Esteban Diaz, FMP, currently serves as Facilities Operations Manager at Neurocrine Biosciences since April 2021, following a role as Facilities Operations Supervisor. Prior to this, Esteban was an Interim Facilities Compliance Specialist at Amentum, focused on inspecting facilities, maintaining equipment, and adhering to compliance regulations, and also held the position of Maintenance Mechanic 5, performing skilled repairs and maintenance of utility systems. At Illumina, Esteban progressed through various Maintenance Mechanic roles, contributing to team training and project assistance, while earlier experience included HVACR and locksmith responsibilities at the National School District, where Esteban led building management system maintenance. Esteban began a career as a Storekeeper at the University of California San Diego, managing inventory for building maintenance. Education was attained at San Diego City College from 2014 to 2016.
