Fiona Scott

Fiona Scott is an experienced executive in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Executive Director at Neurocrine Biosciences since May 2017. Previously, Fiona held the position of Associate Director at Celgene, where significant achievements included the acquisition of Receptos Inc. During a substantial tenure at Receptos, Inc. from January 2009 to August 2015, Fiona advanced from Scientist III to Associate Director of Biology. Other notable roles include Scientist II at Apoptos, Inc. and Staff Scientist at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute. Fiona began an academic career as a Post Doctoral Scientist at the same institution following the completion of a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Monash University.
