Kyle Fischer is a Senior Scientist at Neurocrine Biosciences, where experience includes leading research initiatives since August 2021. Previously, Kyle served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Salk Institute for Biological Studies from April 2019 to August 2021, focusing on neural activity changes through two-photon calcium imaging in Dr. Kay Tye's lab. Earlier positions include a Research Technician at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Boston College, where foundational research skills were developed in the realms of behavioral and molecular experiments. Kyle holds a PhD in Neuroscience with specialization in Computational Neuroscience from UC San Diego and a BS in Biology & Psychology from Boston College.
