Mariam Rodriguez-Lee

Mariam Rodriguez-Lee, PhD, ISMPP CCMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Medical Communications within Medical Affairs at Neurocrine Biosciences, where the focus is on innovative treatments for neurological, endocrine, and neuropsychiatric disorders. Prior to this, Mariam held the position of Manager of Strategic Publications & Medical Education at 1798, a national healthcare consulting firm, and also worked as a Medical Affairs Consultant. Notable previous roles include Research Scientist and Clinical Operations Manager at USC Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience, Staff Scientist at The Scripps Research Institute, and Postdoctoral Associate at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute, where significant research on gastrointestinal health and therapeutic approaches was conducted. Mariam holds a PhD in Medicine from the University of Gothenburg and an MSc in Biochemistry from the University of Havana.
