Tyler Reagan

Tyler Reagan is a Senior Director of Patient Engagement & Advocacy at Neurocrine Biosciences since March 2021, leading engagement with rare disease patient communities. Previously, Tyler served as Director of Patient Engagement & Advocacy at the same company, overseeing efforts for four rare diseases. Before Neurocrine, Tyler worked at AbbVie as Director of Government Affairs Strategy & Policy Advocacy, focusing on immunology, and as Associate Director of Global Market Access & Pricing for gastroenterology. Tyler's experience also includes positions at Roche as Global Pricing Leader and Regional Manager for Market Access & External Affairs, covering Latin America. Additionally, Tyler held roles at Genentech in public policy and reimbursement, was a Legislative Correspondent for Health Policy at the United States Senate, and started a career at Consolidated Graphics. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University and a Certificate in Health Economics & Outcomes Research from the University of Washington.
