Char Bailey

Char Bailey serves as the Director of People and Head of Wellbeing and Education at Birmingham Pride (UK) Ltd since August 2021. Additionally, Char holds positions as a Facilitator and Advisory Board Member at WE CREATE SPACE, Board Member at Neurodiversity in Business, and Features Writer at DIVA Magazine, all from 2021. As a Peak Performance Coach with Char Bailey Coaching since August 2015, Char also acts as a Motivational Leader at PET-Xi Training and Wellness and Wellbeing Ambassador for UK Black Pride Ltd.
