Megan Lipset

Megan Lipset is an experienced professional in people operations and project management, currently serving as People Operations Manager at NeuroFlow since December 2019, following roles as People Operations Specialist and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Assistant to the President at Scully Company, where significant contributions included launching a wellness initiative and managing various company projects and events. Earlier positions included Special Assistant to the Executive Director at Year Up, where project management and stakeholder communication were emphasized, and roles in outreach and recruitment that strengthened student engagement.
