Irek Kalicy

Irek Kalicy has a long and varied work history beginning in 2001 with INTERNETIUM as a Project Manager and Programmer. In 2005, they became CIO of Banque PSA Finance, where they created and managed the IT team based on Polish and French employees, and managed external software providers located in Poland, France, and Argentina. In 2014, they joined Roche Diagnostics Europe as a Human Capital Manager, Delivery Manager, and Solution Architect as a full time External Consultant. Irek then moved to YouNeedIT in 2014 as a Consultant, advising the Management Board on Operations, Human Capital Management, and New Products, and managing Customer Relations, People, and Key Project Portfolio. In 2016, they became a Board Advisor on Customer Relation and Organisation Management at Querona, and in 2019 they joined Cerberus Labs as a Board Advisor. In 2020, they were a Project Manager at Vimvest, and in 2021 they were a Project Manager at Monorail. Irek is currently Chief Technology Officer and Architect at NeuroGames Lab Sp. z o.o.

Irek Kalicy's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from WUT Business School from 2012 to 2014, with a field of study in Executive MBA in association with HEC Paris, London Business School, and Norwegian School of Economics. Irek also has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) from Warsaw University of Technology from 1997 to 2003, with a field of study in Networks and Operating Systems. Kalicy also holds a High School diploma from High School in Milanówek from 1993 to 1997, with a field of study in Extended English. Additionally, they have an SAT from High School in South Holland from 1995 to 1996, with a field of study in Senior Year.
