Pam Riarh

Pam Riarh is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 20 years. Pam is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Pam Riarh Consulting Ltd. Pam has also held Consulting Head of HR roles at Neurogastrx, Inc. and Hexagon Bio since 2021. In the same year, they took on the role of Consulting Head of People & Community at Arbor Biotechnologies. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Sr Director, Human Resources at Zymeworks Inc. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director, Human Resources at Bioverativ, a Sanofi company from 2017 to 2020 and Global HR Director at Biogen from 2014 to 2017. From 2001 to 2006, they were the Global HR Director, HR Director, Aerospace EMEAI, HR Director and HR Manager, Air Transport and Regional Markets at Honeywell. From 2006 to 1999, they were the Senior Human Resources Manager, Western Region at HSBC Bank Canada. Pam began their career in 1999 as the Human Resources Manager at Dynamics Windows and Doors.

Pam Riarh obtained their Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources and Industrial Relations Management from The University of British Columbia between 1995 and 1999. In April 2013, they obtained a Leadership Architect 101 Certification from Korn Ferry.
