Luis Negrón

Luis Negrón has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Luis started their career at Amgen in 2012 as a Quality Control Analyst, where they were responsible for performing release and stability tests and managing reagent inventories. Luis also worked with electronic systems for sample and data management. In 2014, they joined BD as a Microbiology Quality Technician, where they implemented a successful kaizen to reduce operational costs and established assay controls acceptance criteria. Luis then returned to Amgen in 2015 as a Senior Quality Control Analyst, where they managed the obsoleting process of an analytical method and participated in technology transfers and CAPA projects. In 2018, they joined Lonza as a Quality Records Investigator before transitioning to a role as a Quality Control Analyst III Cell Therapy. Most recently, they began working at Neurogene Inc. in 2021 as a Quality Control Analyst.

Luis Negrón has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez. Luis also holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Competitiveness-Quality Management from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico.
