Mihaela Ugarcovici has a strong background in mathematics and statistics. Mihaela obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mathematics from West University of Timisoara, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Mihaela then pursued further education and completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research from the same institution, the West University of Timisoara, from 1997 to 1998. Mihaela further expanded their expertise by earning another Master of Science (MS) degree, this time in Statistics from Penn State University, where they attended from 1999 to 2001.
