As the Co-Founder and COO of Neurograph since August 2025, Roussos focuses on delivering actionable insights for businesses on customer understanding and engagement. Previously, as Chief Strategy Officer at Reap Commerce, Roussos led the digital vision and strategic services team. Roussos founded Talaria Digital, providing fractional consulting services in e-commerce, before its merger with Reap in 2022. With a robust background in strategic roles at notable companies such as Adlucent and Directional Cue, Roussos has a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. Roussos holds an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BA in Government from The University of Texas at Austin.
