Darius Norell

Darius Norell is an experienced leader and consultant with a focus on supporting individuals and organizations in transition and transformation. Currently serving as the Lead at People and Their Brilliance since 2009, Darius emphasizes the importance of clarifying personal values, brilliance, and purpose for young people entering the workforce. As a Master Facilitator EMEA at the NeuroLeadership Institute, Darius integrates neuroscience into leadership practices. Previous roles include founding Real World, co-founding the Spring Project, and serving as a trustee for The 100Hours Foundation. Darius co-authored the Recruiter's Guide to Courses and Campuses and has extensive experience in distribution management with Concept2. Darius's educational background includes a degree in Pure Maths from the University of Warwick and training in Aikido, alongside ongoing meditation and mindfulness practice.
