David Rock

Dr. David Rock is a prominent figure in the field of neuroscience and leadership, serving as Co-Founder and Executive Director of the NeuroLeadership Institute since its inception in 1998. In addition to being the Chief Executive Officer of the NeuroLeadership Group, Dr. Rock has managed various operations across Australia, the US, and Asia. Dr. David's expertise is frequently sought after as a presenter at conferences, including those hosted by Evanta and SHRM. Dr. Rock also contributed to academia as an adjunct faculty member at New York University from 2002 to 2004. With a Professional Doctorate in the Neuroscience of Leadership from Middlesex University, Dr. Rock has dedicated their career to advancing the understanding of leadership through neuroscience.
