Drew Sumter

Drew Sumter is the VP of Client Experience at the NeuroLeadership Institute. Drew has over 15 years of experience in sales and account management, with a focus on customer retention and growth. Drew has a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as developing and executing sales strategies.

Drew began their career in sales and account management at Cable Scope in 2004. Drew quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in 2012. In this role, they were responsible for a book of business of 20 clients ranging from $250k to $2M in annual revenue. Drew successfully grew and retained their clients, while also providing guidance, training, and best practices.

In 2014, Drew left Cable Scope to join Gabriels Technology Solutions as the Senior Manager of Implementations. In this role, they were responsible for leading the team that planned, communicated, and successfully on-boarded client CRM and website solutions. Drew also provided clear understanding of newest platform technology, digital marketing trends, and SEO best practices.

After a year at Gabriels Technology Solutions, Drew joined the NeuroLeadership Institute as the VP of Client Experience. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the client experience, from initial onboarding to ongoing support. Drew is passionate about providing world-class service to all of NeuroLeadership Institute’s clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Drew Sumter has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management Information Systems from the University of Delaware.

Drew Sumter reports to David Rock, Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer.
