Ilzé Mulder

Ilzé Mulder is an accomplished Associate Coach, Facilitator, Consultant, ICF Assessor, and Mentor at Various Global, with an extensive background in leadership and coaching development. Since July 2008, Ilzé has been the Regional Head for the NeuroLeadership Institute in the Middle East, focusing on implementing brain-based methodologies to enable organizational change and enhance leadership capabilities. Previous experiences include project lead training roles for Henkel, where tailored leadership transformation programs were developed, and serving as Regional Human Capital Development Manager at Tsogo Sun, where leadership skill development and succession planning strategies were executed. Educational qualifications include an Executive Masters in Neuroscience of Leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute/Middlesex University, alongside multiple certifications and degrees in various fields.
