Lisa Rock

As co-founder and chief innovation officer, Lisa helps drive the firm’s global operations and design to deliver scalable behavior change initiatives that improve the quality of conversations in the workplace, reduce bias, and improve employee learning.

She’s played an integral role in structuring the Institute’s research agenda, and is the author of several of NLI’s papers that provide the underpinning of its approach to behavior change. Previously, she co-founded Results Coaching Systems, an organization that has trained more than 12,000 executive and personal coaches, and worked as an executive coach for more than two decades.

Based in Australia, Lisa has a Master Certified Coach credential.
