Matt Summers is the founder and CEO of The Cognitive Learner Inc., a consulting organization specializing in brain-based learning applications for leadership education across various industries. With roles as an Adjunct Lecturer at Simon Fraser University and Global Vice President of Leadership at the NeuroLeadership Institute, Matt Summers combines academic insight with practical consultancy. Previous experience includes positions such as Senior Consultant for Organizational Effectiveness at Dynamic Achievement Group and Manager of Leadership Education Programs at Vancouver Coastal Health. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and a Master's degree in Neuroscience and Organizational Leadership from Royal Roads University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand.
