Rachel Cardero

Rachel Cardero serves as the Vice President of Consulting, Practices, and Product at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where responsibilities include overseeing the strategic growth and execution of consulting services and product development. With extensive experience advising C-suite executives on HR and talent strategies rooted in social cognitive neuroscience, Rachel has held various leadership roles within the organization, including Director of Leadership Practice and Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Rachel worked as an independent production consultant and in administrative and operational capacities across multiple organizations, including the NY Center for Psychotherapy and Columbia University. Rachel holds a BA in Cognitive Psychology from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from The City University of New York.
