Bridgette Bertrand has worked in the medical industry since 2001. Bridgette began their career as a Sales Representative for Roche Diagnostics in the San Francisco/Northern California Territory. During their two year tenure, they exceeded their quota in 2001, 2002, and 2003, and was ranked 50th out of 165 reps initially in 2001 and 3rd out of 165 reps in 2002. In this role, they were responsible for selling, training, and consulting on Varilux, Kodak, Shamir, Crizal, Xperio UV and Transitions ophthalmic lenses, coatings, materials, and prescriptions, as well as capital equipment. Bridgette exceeded their quota in 2013 and 2014 and increased total territory revenue from $5M to $8M.

In 2015, they began working for both Bio-Tissue and Freedom Meditech Inc. as a Clinical Implementation Specialist and Sales Representative, respectively. In their role at Bio-Tissue, they were responsible for promoting the company's patented cryopreservation method and its native integrity, activity, and function exhibited by the tissue in utero for ocular surface wound repair and wound healing. At Freedom Meditech Inc., they were responsible for selling the Clearpath DS-120, a first-to-market, non-invasive, ophthalmic medical device that detects autofluorescence of the crystalline lens.

In 2016, they joined Align Technology as an Invisalign Sales Representative. Finally, in 2019, they began working as a Neurolens Sales Consultant for neurolens\u00ae.

Bridgette Bertrand attended Louisiana Tech University from 1994 to 1998, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition.
