Shmuel Shany

Shmuel Shany has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Shmuel co-founded Neurolief in 2013 and played a key role in developing wearable digital therapeutics technology for brain neuromodulation. The technology provided relief from symptoms of neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders such as Migraine, Depression, and ADHD. Before Neurolief, Shmuel served as the President & CEO of Bioness Neuromodulation from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they were the CEO of NESS Ltd. from 1996 to 2007. Shmuel also worked as an Executive Emissary at MetroWest NJ, U.S.A, from 1992 to 1995, and as the Managing Director of Optiplas from 1982 to 1986.

Shmuel Shany has a Master's Degree in Industrial Management from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Shmuel also holds an Industrial Management Engineering Degree from the same institution. Additionally, Shmuel received professional training at US B.S.A Industries in Columbus, Ohio, USA.
