Marshal Doughty

Marshal Doughty is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Lutron Electronics since January 2018. With extensive experience at NeuroLogica since September 2009, Marshal has held roles as both Project Engineer and Sr. Mechanical Engineer, playing a pivotal role in the development of the organization’s flagship product, a portable CT scanner. Marshal's work includes proposing projects to executive leadership and writing system-level requirements, as well as conceiving and testing the drive system for the first-ever portable full-body CT scanner. Prior experience as a Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital involved developing a point-of-care device utilizing microfluidic technologies. Academic credentials include an Engineer’s Degree and a Certificate in Engineering Leadership from the Gordon Engineering Leadership Program, a Master's degree, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
