Amit Verma

Amit Verma is the current Head of Engineering at Neuron7. Amit has previously worked as a Data Engineer Architect at TIBCO Software Inc, Data Architect at Orchestra Networks and AST LLC, and Master Data Specialist at Serene Corporation.

Verma has experience in data engineering, information retrieval, and machine learning. At TIBCO Software Inc, they were responsible for the machine learning-driven classification of metadata assets and data elements for Tibco Cloud Data Management. Amit also architected and developed a novel ML driven approach for data consolidation as opposed to probabilistic and deterministic string matching algorithms. In addition, they conducted M&A technology due diligence of organizations that could potentially be acquired by Tibco.

Prior to TIBCO Software Inc, Verma worked as a Data Architect at Orchestra Networks where they were responsible for full stack software architecture with a focus on data engineering, information retrieval, and machine learning. The company was acquired by Tibco in 2018.

Before Orchestra Networks, Verma worked as a Data Architect at AST LLC from 2015 to 2017. Amit also worked as a Master Data Specialist at Serene Corporation from 2009 to 2011. The company was acquired by AST in 2015.

Amit Verma graduated from the Birla Institute of Technology with a BS in Computer Science. Amit then attended DAV JVM Shyamali and St. Thomas School.
